In December 2019 Tactran (Tayside and Central Scotland Transport Partnership) commissioned Stantec UK Limited to undertake a multi-modal transport study of the Perth – Montrose transport corridor and to consider potential Park & Choose opportunities on the corridor. The Case for Change report, informed by stakeholder consultation, identified the key transport-related problems and opportunities along the corridor and a long-list of potential transport intervention options which have since been further developed.

Tactran are currently undertaking the second stage of the study – the Preliminary Options Appraisal. At this stage Tactran would like to gather your views on the emerging work to date and invite the public to share your knowledge, ideas, and experiences as you live and work in the area. This will help them develop the study further to ensure the emerging proposals meet local needs.

Tactran have included a feedback survey at the end of this consultation platform and invite you to share your views with them to help towards the decision making process to develop travel requirements along the Perth to Montrose transport corridor.
