SCOTLAND’S CLIMATE WEEK
Scotland | Free
To mark this year’s Climate Week, we’re asking individuals, businesses and communities up and down the country to put climate change at the top of the conversation list.
Our aim is to normalise conversations about climate change, encourage everyone to talk more about its impact and what each of us plan to do to tackle it – only by taking action together will we succeed in becoming a net zero nation by 2045.
Taking part is simple and free and we’ve pulled together all the information you need to help get you started. Read about our three key resources below and help spread the word using #ScotClimateWeek.
If you’re interested in attending an event, check out the Local Climate Democracy event on Monday 26 September at 2pm with speakers including Patrick Harvie MSP and the Introduction to the Climate Emergency webinar on Thursday 29 September at 2pm with speakers including Lorna Slater MSP. You can also take a look at calendar of online and in person events taking place throughout September for the Climate Fringe Festival here. For more on events happening throughout the week follow @ScotGovNetZero on social media and keep an eye on what’s happening in your local area.
