Join Professor Rob Wilson for another talk in the Curious Minds Series 7.

Tree rings can give us a fascinating picture of past climate variations. Professor Wilson, based at St. Andrews University, combines the information from tree rings with historical records to enhance our understanding of the drivers of climate and environmental change. He is a leader of the Scottish Pine Project, a multi-disciplinary approach to deriving a broad, holistic view and understanding of climatic and environmental change over the late Holocene period, as well as modelling forest response to climate change over the coming decades.
